I got my skoggy for my birthday and it’s wonderful :)
Absolutely horrible! I placed my order on 12/8/23 for a 40inch Skoggy and maid outfit. I paid $130, which is very expensive for a bear, a maid outfit and jumpsuit. Nonetheless I ordered it because my daughter really wanted it. It was supposed to ship in 2 weeks, to make it on time for Christmas. I just received the maid outfit on 1/11/24!! And the bear on 2/2/24!!!! Almost 2 months later. I talked with Gabriel several times and was supposed to receive a gadaskog for the inconvenience. After a few emails, Gabriel stopped responding! I had to go to the Skoggy website under “contact” to reopened a ticket to get a response. I talked with Valerie who took forever to follow through. I had to open several tickets to get her to respond back to me as well! She would start off by responding quickly and then I wouldn’t hear from her.
I told her that the website states that if the order is late, the item is free. She told me that only applies after I received the shipping notification. It does not apply to when I placed the order although they told me I would receive it before Christmas! I told her that I received the maid outfit on 1/11/24 and everything was supposed to be in that package. I never received another notification that the bear would be shipped separately: It was supposed to be on the same order. She confirmed it was shipped separately (had the same order #) but they would not give me a refund because they don’t consider the order late. Again I placed the orders on 12/8/23 and received the final item on 2/2/24. If that’s not late, what is it??!
I’d suggest you take your money elsewhere too. This is the worst experience I have had in a while. And considering the price I paid, it is very disappointing. I received the complete order almost 2 months after it was placed! But even worse, you can’t trust a company that won’t even honor their policy! Unbelievable!
genuinely thought whole heartedly this was a scam, i have adhd and a family member got me a skog last christmas, i’ve been very fixated on it ever since and need it to sleep. I had to wash it a few months ago and it completely melted and got destroyed in the dryer, I started looking on ebay for the real deal since then but no luck. Til i got a sketchy ad on insta, i took a chance and i am so glad. I definitely should’ve ordered a smaller size, i’m 5’2 and he is massive (i got the largest size) he comes right up to my chin. He came exactly three weeks after ordering and he is the love of my my life. I plan on ordering the smaller sizes and the vinterskogs. I’m in love. let this be your sign to order one, i have zero regrets.
I bought the brown Skoggy bundle (and waited impatiently for two weeks 😆) and let me tell you how soft the zip up onesie is!!!!! Well, after I got my brown Skoggy, I realized I needed the black Skoggy! So I ordered a black Skoggy bundle! Then after my second Soggy arrived I realized that I needed them ALL! So, I ordered a jumbo Vinterskog and a jumbo panda Skoggy! I also bought a large grodaskog and a sloth Skoggy! The only problem is, my husband is 6'6" and I didn't order extra large onesie bundle! Also, one of my boys (I have three boys and two girls) doesn't have a onesie so they're fighting over two bear onesies 😆💁♀️. It's a mad house over here!
