This is Guillaume. He's a mini size. He came in a bit late and bigger than I expected! He is very soft and fits easier on my lap when I'm working than my other skoggy, who is a Small size. I still love them both equally. Very cuddlable. A worthy birthday treat and a valued addition to my plushie council. His career shall be grand

The experience was absolutely horrible. My item took a month to get here, when it was only supposed to take "1-2 weeks". I had no way to figure out where my item was since the tracking number only stated it had arrived in the US. Customer service was near impossible to get help from, or would respond with some sort of promise or solution but then stop responding for days. They offered to send a free small skoggy for the inconvenience, but then never followed up with that either so I guess it was a joke? The whole experience was very stressful since this was a gift for my fiance for Christmas. I wont be ordering from this company again and would not reccomend to anybody else.
