First off, I love my boy! His name is Cosmic (describing his cosmically big size). The material is extremely comfortable to hug and he’s very comforting. He was a bit understaffed, but Valerie (cust. service rep) was very quick and helpful when I contacted them. Absolutely adore my groda, and I will certainly buy again!
I will note that the shipping tends to be on the longer side and may not provide as much info, but they do get here very well wrapped! My estimates may also be off since I ordered in December, a busy time.
He took about 3 weeks to arrive and was shipped very understuffed, but I always keep some polyfil handy as a regular plushie surgeon, so I just popped a seam on his back and filled that bad boy up with as much stuffing as I liked. His name is Hubert and he is truly magnificent. Worth every penny, quality is nice despite the lousy stuffing job. I'm very glad to have such a big friend!!!!!
These are so cute and well made. If the prices seem a bit daunting look out for bundles and sales! They are totally worth it. My girlfriend wears the onesie basically everyday. Had some shipping complications but customer support was super quick to reship part of my order and even sent a free mini skog for the trouble. The missing ones ended up arriving after all so we have a whole pile of skoggies now! I love all of them and highly recommend!
Product is cute but does not look like photo. Frog does not have the “bump” for eyes, just a smooth head. Most of all, delivery is incredibly slow and customer service never responded to me although I emailed 2 times. Ordered on May 18 on standard 5-7 day delivery and package received June 15. Bought it as a birthday gift but had to give it to her 2 weeks late:(
